Network Systems Technologies is continuously looking for highly capable RF or Fiber Optics engineers. Positions may involve work on projects for our contract development clients. All positions require B.S. degree in Engineering and at least 5 years experience.

RF Engineer

Skills we are typically looking for include:

• Design experience in UMTS/HSPA design and/or LTE design.
• RF network design such as site acquisition, implementation, backhaul design, and network integration.
• Experience with RF systems planning tools: Atoll, Actix or EDX Signal Pro
• Link budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis
• Utilize morphology/topography databases and drive testing data for model tuning and calibration
• Equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologies (WCDMA, LTE)
  
• Network optimization and performance improvement to achieve predefined key performance indicators (KPI)
